A Pagani is largely carbon composite and bespoke hardware, and there is no generic parts route for it. We handle inspection, fluid service, brakes, tyres, geometry and storage, and we assess composite damage rather than attempting a repair that belongs to a specialist. Anything requiring factory parts or authorisation, we say so before the car is booked in. There is no parts catalogue to fall back on with these cars, so the sensible approach is preventive: inspect often, document everything, and move slowly. We photograph the car on arrival and departure, and we do not attempt work that belongs elsewhere.

Pagani faults we see most

  • Composite panel damage

    Symptom
Chip, crack or delamination in a body panel.
    Fix
Assessed and documented; structural composite work is referred, not attempted.
  • Fluids ageing rather than wearing

    Symptom
    Low mileage but old fluids.
    Fix
Brake fluid and coolant tested by condition, not by distance.
  • Storage and tyre flat-spotting

    Symptom
    Car standing between outings.
    Fix
Storage preparation with pressures, movement schedule and environment.
  • Suspension geometry after transport

    Symptom
Car moved on a trailer or between countries.
    Fix
Geometry checked on return — strapping a car down can move settings more than driving it.
  • Battery drain during storage

    Symptom
Flat battery after a few weeks standing.
    Fix
Conditioner fitted and draw measured rather than a battery replaced each season.

What happens after you call

  1. Call or WhatsApp

Tell us what the car is doing. We book a slot that suits you.

  2. Diagnostics

Factory-level scan of every module, then a physical inspection to confirm it.

  3. Written estimate

Parts and labour itemised, so you see what you are paying for.

  4. You approve

Nothing is touched until you say yes.

  5. The work

Genuine or matching OEM parts, photographed as we go.

  6. Handover

Questions

Do you repair carbon bodywork?

We assess and document it. Structural composite repair is referred to a specialist — attempting it in a general workshop is how a panel gets written off.

Can you service a Zonda?

Inspection, fluids, brakes and storage, yes. Factory-specific work is referred.

Do you have somewhere secure to keep the car?

Yes — storage preparation and secure keeping are part of what we offer for these cars.

Why so much documentation?

Because cars in this class change hands and travel. A photographed, dated condition record protects you far more than it costs.

Do you work on the Zonda and Huayra equally?

Yes, within the same limits: inspection, fluids, brakes, tyres, geometry and storage. Anything bespoke to the car routes through the factory.

How is Pagani work priced?

Every Pagani job is quoted per car, not from a price list. On Zonda and Huayra the parts lead time and the factory procedure decide most of the figure, so we inspect first and quote in writing afterwards. Storage and recommissioning are quoted the same way.

Do you offer a warranty on Pagani work?

Yes — 6 months on parts and labour for work carried out in our own workshop in Al Quoz. On a Pagani most parts come through the factory network and carry their own cover as well. Both terms are written into the estimate before you approve anything.

How long does Pagani work take?

Inspection and diagnostics take two to three hours. Beyond that, a Pagani runs to parts availability rather than to workshop hours: we give you a date once the parts are confirmed, and the car stays in covered, monitored storage until then at no extra charge.

Pagani Care and Servicing in Dubai

A Pagani is largely carbon composite and bespoke hardware, and there is no parts catalogue to fall back on. That single fact should govern how any workshop approaches the car. The sensible method is preventive rather than reactive: inspect often, document everything, move slowly, and refer anything structural to a specialist rather than attempting it. A composite panel that has been repaired badly is not repaired at all.

We handle inspection, fluid service, brakes, tyres, geometry and storage. We assess composite damage and document it with photographs, and structural composite repair is referred — attempting that work in a general workshop is how a panel gets written off entirely. Owners are sometimes surprised that a workshop declines work; in this class declining the right work is the service.

Low mileage governs almost everything about these cars. Fluids age by time rather than distance, and brake fluid in particular absorbs moisture whether or not the car is driven. Tyres are limited by date code, not tread. Batteries fail from standing rather than from use, and a conditioner is the answer rather than an annual replacement. We service by condition, and we test rather than assume.

Transport deserves specific mention. Cars in this class move between countries, to events and to the factory, and strapping a car onto a trailer can move suspension settings more than driving it does. We check geometry on return as a matter of routine, and we produce a dated, photographed condition report before the car leaves and after it arrives. Cars change hands in this market, and that record protects the owner far more than it costs.

The range we see is the Zonda in its many forms, the Huayra, Huayra Roadster and Huayra BC, and the Utopia. Call us to discuss what your car needs — we will be specific about what we do here and what we refer.

A note on why we photograph everything. Cars in this class move between owners, countries and events, and a dispute about when a mark appeared is expensive and unpleasant. A dated condition record with photographs, produced as a matter of routine rather than on request, settles that question before it becomes one. We keep a copy and you keep a copy. It costs us an hour and it has saved owners considerably more than that.

On fluids specifically, we test rather than replace on a schedule. Brake fluid boiling point is measured, coolant condition is checked, and where a fluid is still within specification we say so and leave it. Replacing everything at every visit looks thorough and is, on a car that covers very few kilometres, mostly waste. What matters is knowing the condition, and that requires testing rather than assumption.
