A Hemi that behaves in a European summer will not behave in a Dubai one, and the first thing to suffer is the cooling pack. On supercharged cars the intercooler circuit matters as much as the radiator. We test the whole cooling loop under load rather than replacing the obvious part. These cars are driven hard here, and the wear pattern reflects it: brakes, cooling and rear axle come round faster than the service book suggests. We set intervals from how the car is actually used rather than from a page written for a different climate.

Dodge faults we see most

  • Temperature climbing in traffic

    Symptom
Gauge rises when stationary, settles on the move.
    Fix
Fan control and radiator airflow checked first — it is rarely the thermostat.
  • Supercharger heat soak

    Symptom
Power falls away after a few hard pulls.
    Fix
Intercooler circuit, pump and heat exchanger tested as a loop.
  • Brake judder on a heavy car

    Symptom
Shudder through the wheel above 100 km/h.
    Fix
Discs measured for runout and replaced in axle pairs with the right pad compound.
  • Rear differential noise on a Charger

    Symptom
Whine on overrun that changes with speed.
    Fix
Fluid and backlash checked before the unit is opened — often it is only fluid.

What happens after you call

  1. Call or WhatsApp

Tell us what the car is doing. We book a slot that suits you.

  2. Diagnostics

Factory-level scan of every module, then a physical inspection to confirm it.

  3. Written estimate

Parts and labour itemised, so you see what you are paying for.

  4. You approve

Nothing is touched until you say yes.

  5. The work

Genuine or matching OEM parts, photographed as we go.

  6. Handover

Road test with you, and the work recorded in your history.

Questions

Do you work on Hellcat and TRX?

Yes, including the supercharger circuit, cooling and brakes.

Is a RAM too big for your workshop?

No. We lift and service full-size pickups, including the 2500.

Can you fix overheating properly?

We test the cooling loop under load rather than replacing the first suspect. Overheating on a V8 is the fault worth diagnosing properly.

Do you set service intervals differently here?

Yes. Heat and hard use shorten oil, brake fluid and differential fluid life, and we advise on that when you book.

How much does a Dodge and RAM service cost in Dubai?

A minor service is from AED 550 and a major service from AED 1,400 at our workshop in Al Quoz. The figure depends on engine size and on what the inspection finds — Challenger, Charger and the RAM TRX do not all cost the same. You get an itemised estimate before anything is touched, and nothing happens until you approve it.

How often should I service my Dodge and RAM in Dubai?

Dodge and RAM schedules a service every 12 months or 12,000 km, whichever comes first. In Dubai we bring the oil forward to about 10,000 km: at 45 °C oil oxidises faster than the European interval assumes. We use MS-6395 full synthetic, and a minor service is from AED 550.

Do you offer a warranty on Dodge and RAM repairs?

Yes — 6 months on parts and labour for Dodge and RAM work carried out in our own workshop in Al Quoz. Genuine Dodge and RAM parts carry the manufacturer cover on top of ours. The term is written into the estimate before you approve the job, so you know what is covered in advance.

How long does a Dodge and RAM service take?

A minor service takes the same working day; a major service one to two working days. Diagnostics take two to three hours — we scan every module, then confirm the fault physically before quoting. Repairs get a date once the cause is known, rather than an estimate guessed from the symptom.

Dodge and RAM Repair in Dubai

A Hemi V8 that behaves impeccably in a European summer behaves differently in a Dubai one. Air entering the intake is hotter, the cooling pack has less temperature headroom to work with, and on supercharged Hellcat and TRX models the intercooler circuit becomes as important as the radiator. The result is that the first component to complain on a Dodge here is almost never the engine itself; it is the system keeping the engine at temperature.

These cars are also driven differently here. Challengers and Chargers see hard acceleration far more often than the average, and RAM pickups carry loads in heat that the service schedule did not anticipate. Brake fluid, differential fluid and engine oil all age faster under those conditions than the interval printed in the book. We set intervals from how your car is actually used rather than from a page written for a different climate, and we say plainly when a shorter interval is not necessary.

The range covers very different machines. The Challenger and Charger are rear-drive coupes and sedans where brakes and the rear axle carry the load. The Durango is a heavy three-row SUV with its own cooling demands. RAM 1500 and 2500 are working vehicles, and the TRX adds a supercharged engine to a truck chassis. Each needs a different inspection routine, and treating a TRX like a standard RAM is how a supercharger circuit fault gets missed.

We fit genuine or matching-quality OEM parts and show both prices where a real alternative exists. On brakes in particular the pad compound matters more than most owners expect: a compound chosen for a cool climate will fade here, and a compound chosen for track use will be noisy and dusty on the road. We ask how the car is used before selecting, rather than fitting whatever the catalogue lists first.

Call or message on WhatsApp with a description of the symptom. We diagnose before quoting, issue a written estimate, and start only once you have agreed to it. Full-size pickups are no problem: the workshop in Al Quoz lifts and services them routinely.

One more thing worth saying about these cars in this market. Many arrive with modifications already fitted — intakes, exhausts, pulleys, tunes — carried out by someone the owner no longer deals with. We do not judge that, but we do need to know about it, because a tune changes what the cooling system and the transmission are being asked to do, and diagnosing a car as standard when it is not wastes your money. Tell us what has been done, or let us find out on the scan, and we will tell you honestly whether the combination is sensible for the temperatures here.
